Western Kordofan receives humanitarian aid convoy

The deputy governor for Western Kordofan state,Adam Karshoom received the humanitarian aid .

Headed by Abul moneim Musa , a chieftain from civil administration, the humanitarian aid convoy arrived in Alobaid and then to Alfola from Portsudan, the official said.
Targeting more than 60000 persons who displaced to the state ,the aid is aimed to meet part of needs since their suffering is daily increasing due to the
long- term war and its aftermath, the official clarified.
He confirms the civil adminstration poses a key player in the government endeavors to maintain security, particularly the police, regular forces and justice authority are not working owing to the war.
The deputy governor hailed the considerable role the humanitarian aid commission pledges in registering the displaced and specify their needs.
