The government has condemned criminal and terrorist behaviour adopted by paramilitary rebels who target ambassadors and other diplomats . This came in the wake of assassination of the Egyptian assistant for administrative attache . Plainly, the incident is considered an evidence for the behaviour the violates the international humanitarian law .
Issued Tuesday by the ministery of foreign affairs , a statement confirmed the army obligation to the declared truce for keenness on safeguarding civilians and respecting international humanitarian law.
The statement has affirmed crimes and atrocities committed by the rapid support insurgents are being monitored what proves their criminal and terror acts.
They are scaring and murdering civilians using them as human shields,the statement disclosed.
Demolishing the state service ,spreading out chaos and launching offensives at police stations as wells releasing criminals from public prisons were also committed by the rebel militia .
Meanwhile the ministry reiterated commitment to the humanitarian truce ,ceasing fighting in abid to restore life to normal. In the same regard ,it warned the good intent could potentially be exploited by the militia to increasingly commit violations shooting dead civilians.
As it praised the international community efforts in deciding the truce .
The militia is responsible for
all crimes and violations committed against civilians ,the ministry added.
