Strategy to preserve the Red Sea environment

Director General of the Red Sea production and economic resources,Mohamed Abd. Allah spelled out hurdles hindering the state to benefit privileges the coastal localities depend on.
The fishermen accredited to the ministry are 4000 .
The director declared declared signing of partnerships with relevant organizations dealing with preservation of maritime environment.
This came in the 1st communication workshop on the Red Sea and Aden gulf sustainable development held in Portsudan.
The workshop confirmed importance of making outcome a reality.
For her part, the secretary general of tourism and investment high council Samia Oashaik touched on projects of regional authority for Red Sea and Aden gulf environmental preservation.
She revealed efforts aimed to develop resources ,stressing sustained cooperation with the gov. bodies . Capacity building ,setting out a plan and reducing illegal fishing were affirmed by Oashaik,as well.
